General conditions

Reservation and payment Registrations must be made using the ONLINE registration form through the official website. One form per person. An acknowledgment of receipt of the requested reservations will be sent to your e-mail once you complete the form, if you do not receive it please contact the Technical Secretary:

Payment of 100% of the requested services is required to receive confirmation. Once the corresponding payment has been received, you will be sent a confirmation voucher and invoice (if requested) of the reservations requested by e-mail. Please review the documentation carefully.
Payment must be made in Euros by: • Online credit card: once you choose this form of payment at the end of the form, you will be redirected to a bank page with security enabled.
Reservation confirmation Once the corresponding payment has been received, IAG7VIAJES will send you the confirmation. Please review the documentation carefully.
Cancellations and changes All cancellations or name changes must be sent in writing to the IAG7 VIAJES Technical Secretariat: infantamercedes@iag7viajes.com
Cancellations received until October 1, 2021 will be entitled to a 100% refund of the registration fee except € 40 for administrative expenses.
Cancellations received after October 2, 2021 will not be entitled to a refund. Returns will be processed one month from the end of the congress

Reserva y pago

Las inscripciones deben realizarse mediante formulario de inscripción online a través de la Web oficial. Un formulario por persona.

Se enviara un acuse de recibo de las reservas solicitadas a su e-mail una vez complete el formulario, si no lo recibe por favor contacte con la Secretaria Técnica: infantamercedes@iag7viajes.com

Se requiere el pago del 100% de los servicios solicitados para recibir la confirmación. Una vez recibido el pago correspondiente, se le enviará un bono de confirmación y factura (si la solicita) de las reservas solicitadas por e-mail. Rogamos revisen la documentación minuciosamente.

El pago debe realizarse en Euros mediante:

Tarjeta de crédito online: una vez elija esta forma de pago al finalizar el formulario, será redirigido a una página del banco con seguridad habilitada.

Confirmación de reservas
Una vez recibido el pago correspondiente, IAG7VIAJES le enviará la confirmación. Rogamos revisen la documentación minuciosamente.

Cancelaciones y cambios
Todas las cancelaciones o cambios de nombre deberán ser remitidas por escrito a la Secretaría Técnica IAG7 VIAJES : infantamercedes@iag7viajes.com
Las cancelaciones recibidas hasta el 1 de Octubre de 2021 tendrán derecho al reembolso del 100% del importe de la inscripción excepto 40€ de gastos administrativos.
Las cancelaciones recibidas a partir del 2 de Octubre de 2021 no tendrán derecho a reembolso.
Las devoluciones serán procesadas un mes a partir de la finalización del congreso

Terms & Conditions 

  • IAG7 Viajes will not accept telephone reservations. Registration must be done filling the Online Registration form. One form per person. You will receive a reservation request after completing the form, if you do not receive it please contact with the Technical Secretariat: IAG7 Viajes: infantamercedes@iag7viajes.com 
  • Registration fee has to be paid before the deadline for early registration; otherwise your registration fee will be updated to the current one.
  • If member or student registration is selected please provide the proof of this category; otherwise you will be requested to pay the registration difference amount.
  • Full payments are required in advance to the conference start. A confirmation voucher and invoice will be sent right after we received the payment. Please review it carefully and take note of your registration number. This number will be requested for any change or check.
  • All payments have to be made on Euros, please find as follow the available payment methods:
  • Credit Card Online: you will be redirected to a Bank secure page. VISA, Mastercard and American Express are acepted.

All pending amount has to be paid at the Technical Secretariat during the documentation delivery.
